Job description

The Eclosia Graduate Programme is your chance to kickstart a career in a Mauritian business group driven by strong human values.

This two-year programme is designed for well-rounded Mauritian graduates ready to take on challenges. If you’re selected, you’ll join a cohort of six graduates and go through four six-month rotations across Eclosia companies in diverse sectors – Food, Retail, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Logistics. You’ll gain real-world experience, mentorship, on-the-job learning, and regular feedback, while earning a competitive salary and benefits. You may even get the chance to travel to countries where Eclosia operates across the region.

If you complete the programme successfully, Eclosia will offer you a permanent role within the Group, aligned with your field of study and personal aspirations.

Job requirements

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university locally (Mauritius) or abroad.

Language proficiency: French and English (spoken and written). Individuals must communicate fluently in both languages.

Professional Experience

  • Relevant internships in your field of studies and/or work experience gained during university studies.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn.

  • Open to receiving feedback and to questioning oneself.

  • Digitally savvy with strong IT Skills.

  • Demonstrated capacity to adapt to pressure and setbacks.
